Ad Rank is how Google decides where to place your ad on the page.

You can find your Ad Rank in the “Ads” tab under “All Campaigns.”
The higher your Ad Rank, the higher up on the page your ad will be.
What Is Ad Groups
Ad groups are a way to organize your ads.
