Now… it’s my turn to share with you what he means by each item on the list…
Let’s get started!
How I Grow Tiny YouTube Channels FAST (No One Is Teaching This) Overview
I did some digging after watching Spencer’s video and I noticed that a lot of people are having success with this method.
Most people starts a YouTube channel with things that they are passionate about.
That’s a great start, but that’s just not the case…
Let me explain why.
How many of you working now is doing things that excite you? I’m going to venture a guess and say not many.
The reason is because most things that we are passionate about don’t make us any money.
And if we want to be successful on YouTube, or really anywhere, we have to start thinking about things from a business standpoint.
If there is no market for what you’re trying to sell, then there is no point in starting a YouTube channel (or really any business).
Some may say “I WILL CREATE THE DEMAND”…. Good Luck to you. You’re going to have an extremely difficult time trying to create demand for something that people don’t even know they want or need.
It’s much easier to enter a market that already exists and has people with money who are willing to spend it.
I’m not saying you can’t be successful by creating demand, but it’s going to be a lot harder.
Think about it this way…
If you’re trying to enter the cell phone market, it would be much easier to do so now than it would have been 20 years ago because the demand for cell phones already exists.
Whereas if you were trying to enter the market for “flying cars” it would be much harder because the demand for flying cars doesn’t exist yet (and may never exist).
The same goes for YouTube.
You need to find a market that already exists and has people with money who are willing to spend it.
Once you’ve found your market, then you need to start thinking about how you can provide value to that market.
- What content can you create that will help people in your market?
- Solve a problem that they have?
- Entertain them?
- Teach them something?
OK I think you get it by now… Let’s look into each item on Spencer’s list a little bit more.
1.Choosing A Niches
There is 3 main niches that you can go into that I’ve seen people have a lot of success with and they are:
- Wealth
- Health
- Relationship
Then there is sub-group within these 3 main niches.
For example, within the wealth niche, you could have a sub-group like “real estate”.
Within the health niche, you could have a sub-group like “fitness” or “dieting”.
And within the relationship niche, you could have a sub-group like “dating” or “marriage”.
To understand more about niches and how to choose one, I recommend reading this blog post.

2. Set Things Up
This is pretty self explanatory, but you need to set up your YouTube channel and all of the social media accounts that go along with it.
YouTube will walk you through the process of setting up your channel and if you need help with anything, there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube that can help you out.
If you need help to set up your cover photo you can go to fiverr.com where you can get someone to do it for you.
If you like to do it yourself just like me then go to canva.com it’s a free online design platform.
YouTube Algorithm
Understanding the game that YouTube is playing will put you miles ahead of the competition.
Spencer mentioned there is 2 algorithm that you need to be aware of and they are:
- Search Algorithm
- YouTube Suggest Algorithm
While this both algorithm are important, the YouTube Search Algorithm is what you need to focus on if you’re just starting out.
The reason is because the YouTube Search Algorithm is what is going to determine if your videos show up in the search results or not.
To get your videos to rank in the search results, you need to do two things:
- Optimize your video titles
- Optimize your video tags
It’s getting fun right?
Next, let’s find content ideas.
3. Finding Content Ideas
The best way to find content ideas is to look at what other people in your niche are doing and do it better.
You can also get ideas from:
- Facebook groups
- Forums
- Quora
4. Structure Of Video
When it comes to the structure of your video, there are really only two things you need to worry about:
- The intro
- The outro
5. Creating Good YouTube Titles
Your title is what’s going to get people to click on your video in the first place.
You want to make sure that your title is:
- Accurate
- Clear
- Concise
You also want to make sure that your title includes keywords that people are searching for on YouTube.
You can use the Google Keyword Planner tool to find out what keywords people are searching for.
6. Creating Good YouTube Thumbnails
Your thumbnail is what’s going to get people to click on your video once they see it in the search results.
You want to make sure that your thumbnail is:
- High quality
- attention grabbing
- include text
7. Call To Action (High Ticket Offer)
The last thing you need to do is include a call to action in your videos.
A call to action is when you tell your viewers what you want them to do next.
For example, you could tell them to go to your website and sign up for your email list.
Or you could tell them to buy your product.
The important thing is that you include a call to action in every single one of your videos.
If you don’t, then people are going to watch your videos and they’re not going to know what to do next.
And if they don’t know what to do next, they’re not going to do anything.
So make sure you include a call to action in every single one of your videos.
